High tides over the next two days may lead to flooding. Flooding is possible 2 hours either side of high tide on Tuesday morning, Tuesday evening, and Wednesday morning. Areas particularly at risk include Torbay, Teignmouth, Beesands, Torcross, Slapton and Dawlish. Locations most affected will be coastal roads and footpaths.
