High tides overnight may lead to flooding. Flooding is possible from 11:30pm Friday 9th October through to 1:30am on Saturday 10th October. Locations most affected will be Coalhouse Fort and car park, and the low lying land between the fort and Coalhouse Point. The detailed forecast is for a peak level at Southend of 3.55 mAODN at 12:30am, on Saturday 10th October, which is 0.56m above tide tables, Wind Force 5, Westerly.
