Forecast rising river levels today may lead to flooding.  Flooding is possible on 26 June 2026 in the early hours of the morning.  Areas most at risk are roads and recreational areas adjacent to brooks in Buxton, and low-lying agricultural land and roads around the Ashford and Bakewell areas, and the A6 at Buxton. Thunderstorms are forecast over the next 24 hours.
