River gauges in and near this area

Distances are from the centre of the area, so a gauge marked “in this area” can show a larger distance than one outside it. A nearby gauge is context, not proof that this area is or is not flooding.

Has it flooded here before?

SEPA warnings FloodRadar has recorded for this area:

• Flood alert from 26 Oct 2026, 11:32 — stood down by SEPA; last seen in force 28 Oct 08:02

Times are when our 15-minute check saw the warning (UK time), not the moment SEPA issued or lifted it.

FloodRadar does not hold a record of flood warnings for Scottish areas before 16 September 2026, when we began keeping one. That is a gap in what we have banked, not a statement that this area has not flooded — it may well have. SEPA publishes Scottish flooding information at sepa.org.uk.
