    Floodwater is reducing but a considerable amount of water remains on the Somerset Levels and Moors. Flooding is still affecting the low-lying Muchelney and West Sedgemoor moors near the Rivers Yeo and Parrett. We will run the pumps at Huish Episcopi and West Sedgemoor pumping stations when river levels allow. A dry day is forecast for Saturday and some isolated showers on Sunday and Monday. 
    We are closely monitoring the situation and our Field Teams continue to operate structures and pumps..

Severe flood warning

Severe flooding. Danger to life. Stay in a safe place with a means of escape, and follow the advice of the emergency services. Call 999 if you are in immediate danger.
