High river levels are expected to cause flooding today.  Flooding is expected on 28 February 2026 .  Areas most at risk are Elliot Close, Wright Close, Mawby Close, Badger Drive, Cambridge Road, Brookside, Bridgeway, Brook Street, Anna's Way, High Street, Avon Drive and Greenfields. Whetstone, including Dicken Bridge and Otter Way are also at risk. Rainfall is forecast over the next 24 hours. River levels at Whetstone Gauge will rise until 11:00 on 28/02/26.
