Groundwater levels in Cranborne Chase are beginning to plateau but remain high. Areas that could be affected include: Lower Allen Vale including New Town, Witchampton. The groundwater level at Woodyates borehole is 105.317m, there is further rainfall expected this week from Thursday which may lead to levels rising again over the weekend.
