Flooding is expected as a result of high groundwater levels. Groundwater levels in West Dorset are high. Areas that could be affected include: Milton Abbas and Milborne St. Andrew. The groundwater level at the Delcombe Wood borehole is currently 142.06m, the level is starting to fall but remains reactive to further rainfall.
