Areas most at risk are Coalhouse Fort and car park, and the low lying land between the fort and Coalhouse Point. The detailed forecast is for a peak level at Southend of 3.54mAODN at 12:30pm today which is 0.56m above tide tables, Wind Force 4, North Easterly.
