Tide levels, wind strength and wave conditions are reducing today. Flooding is possible 3 hours either side of high tide on the morning of Thursday 23rd. Areas particularly at risk include Torbay, Teignmouth, Beesands, Torcross, Slapton and Dawlish. The high tide at Teignmouth on Thursday is at 11:45AM, times of high water will vary along the coast.
