High tides overnight may lead to flooding.  Flooding is possible from 1:00 AM until 3:00 AM on 05 April 2026 due to overtopping at West Kirby.  Locations most affected will be low lying land and roads from Hilbre Island and along the coast from West Kirby to Heswall.  We are closely monitoring the situation .  Avoid coastal roads, footpaths and carparks, which may be flooded .  This message will be updated by 10:30AM on 05 April 2026 or as the situation changes.
