A Flood Alert was issued for Humber tributaries in Lincolnshire, North East Lincolnshire, North Lincolnshire between 27th February 2026 and 1st March 2026. Affected watercourses included the Butts Drain, Barrow Beck, East Halton Beck, Stallingborough North, Old Fleet Drain, Buck Beck.

During this event, FloodRadar monitoring gauges recorded notable rises. The Buck Beck at Humberston rose 2.67m, peaking at 2.43m, while the River Hull at Hull Barrier Victoria Pier climbed 2.62m.

River levels remain high following recent rainfall. Flooding is possible on the 1 March 2026. Locations most affected will be low lying land and roads near rivers. Our forecasts indicate that flooding to properties isn't likely and therefore flood warnings are not expected to be issued.
