During this event, FloodRadar monitoring gauges recorded notable rises. The Groundwater Level at Windwhistle rose 0.60m, peaking at 69.31m, while the Groundwater Level at Homington climbed 0.60m.

Groundwater levels in villages surrounding Andover remain very high. Cellar flooding is expected to be ongoing in Appleshaw, Hatherden and possibly Penton Grafton. Sewerage system impacts are expected be occurring in Appleshaw and Penton Mewsey. In Penton Grafton, the main road is flooded. Dry weather is forecast from Wednesday 18/03/2026 to Sunday 22/03/2026. Groundwater levels are expected to slowly fall in all villages during the next week. We are closely monitoring the situation.
