Groundwater levels in Twyford and Hensting are high but slowly falling. Flooding is affecting cellars of a small number of properties in Twyford and Hensting. Water is flowing on Hensting Lane. Dry weather is forecast from Monday 16/03/2026 to Friday 20/03/2026. Groundwater levels will continue to slowly fall. Flooding impacts will continue to affect the villages throughout March. We are closely monitoring the situation. Residents are advised to prepare property resilience measures and ensure that pumps are working where they have been installed.
