Groundwater levels in Hambledon are high but slowly falling. At the borehole at Whitedale Farm, the level has fallen by 1.8m in the last week. Flooding is expected to be affecting cellars in East Street and West Street. Sewerage system impacts are expected to be ongoing in the village. From Thursday 12/03/2026 into Friday 13/03/2026, between 15 and 20mm of rain is forecast. Drier weather is expected over the weekend.
