Flooding is possible to low lying land, roads and properties with basements around the following areas: Petham Bourne, Alkham bourne and Nailbourne including Alkham, Temple Ewell, Elham, Barham, Bishopsbourne, Bridge, Patrixbourne and Bekesbourne. Groundwater levels in East Kent have been rising following significant rainfall during January and early February.
