Environment Agency advice issued
High tides and forecast weather conditions tomorrow morning may lead to flooding. Flooding is possible from 05:30 to 08:30 on Wednesday 28th October. "This will lead to high tidal levels along the Humber Estuary. The high tides combined with strong winds may result in wind-blown spray and wave splash causing localised pooling of water behind the sea defences which may occur two to four hours either side of the high tide. Low lying coastal land and roads will be affected first. " We are closely monitoring the situation . Take care and avoid walking, cycling or driving through flood water.
